By downloading, installing, or using CourtVision ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CourtVision is a badminton coaching app that provides match recording, live streaming to YouTube, real-time scorekeeping, and match analytics. The App is available for iOS and Apple Watch.

3. YouTube Integration

CourtVision uses the YouTube Data API v3 to create and manage live broadcasts on your behalf. By connecting your YouTube account, you also agree to be bound by YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content you broadcast through the App
• You must comply with YouTube's community guidelines when live streaming
• You must have the right to record and broadcast any matches you stream

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CourtVisionLabs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App or its live streaming features.

7. Limitation of Liability

CourtVisionLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to failed broadcasts or data loss.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
